Colorado Custom Limited Wheel Warranty
Limited Structural Warranty
Colorado Custom warrants its wheels to the original retail purchaser, under normal and reasonable use, to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship that result in structural failure. The warranty is non-transferable.
Colorado Custom's obligation is limited, at its sole discretion, to repair or replacement of a wheel determined to have
failed because of a defect in material or workmanship. Cosmetic finishes - including polished, chrome-plated, painted,
powder-coated, anodized, brushed, tinted, or custom finishes - are not covered by the structural warranty and may
be subject to separate warranty terms.
Warranty Claim Procedure
Before returning any product, the purchaser must contact Colorado Custom and receive authorization. Colorado
Custom may require photographs, vehicle information, wheel specifications, proof of purchase, installation
information, and/or return of the wheel for inspection. Unless otherwise authorized, warranty products shall be
returned freight prepaid. A returned product does not automatically qualify for warranty coverage.
Warranty Does Not Cover
Improper installation, mounting, balancing, maintenance or use; incorrect lug nuts, fasteners, torque procedures,
spacers, adapters or mounting hardware; improper tire mounting or inflation; overloading; road hazards or impact;
racing, competition, off-road use, abuse or misuse unless designed for that use; unauthorized modification,
machining, welding, repair, refinishing or alteration; corrosion, oxidation, staining, discoloration or pitting caused by
chemicals, road salt, brake dust, improper cleaners, environmental exposure or insufficient maintenance; damage
caused by vehicle modifications; installation on an unintended application; noncompliant tires or hardware; failure to
inspect before installation; and normal wear and tear.
Custom Fitment & Customer-Supplied Specifications
Colorado Custom manufactures many products specifically for individual vehicles and applications. When
dimensions, offsets, backspacing, bolt patterns, hub dimensions, brake-clearance measurements, tire specifications,
suspension information, or other specifications are supplied or approved by the customer, owner, dealer, installer, or
other third party, Colorado Custom is not responsible for fitment problems resulting from inaccurate or incomplete
information. The purchaser and installer are responsible for verifying brake, suspension, steering, body, tire, hub, and
fastener clearance before operation.
Installation & Safety
Colorado Custom wheels must be installed by a qualified professional using proper equipment and procedures.
Before operation, verify complete seating against the mounting surface; brake, suspension, steering and body
clearance; correct lug nuts or fasteners; proper torque; correct tire mounting, inflation and load rating; and free
wheel rotation without interference. Do not operate a vehicle if a wheel is cracked, bent, damaged, loose, leaking, or
shows any indication of structural failure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Colorado Custom shall not be responsible for incidental or
consequential damages, including towing, vehicle damage, loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, transportation
costs, rental vehicle expenses, removal or installation labor, tire mounting or balancing costs, or other expenses
resulting from a warranty claim.
